Shaojun Lo

Founder / Managing Director

Shaojun Lo founded Stratosphere International in 2021. He has over 10 years of experience spread across investment banking/M&A advisory, strategy planning and corporate development.

He began his career as an investment banker in London at BDA Partners between 2012 and 2016 where he advised international corporates and private equity clients in M&A transactions. Between 2016 and 2021, he held various key strategy and corporate development positions in bluechip international corporates, including ARM, a leading semiconductor IP provider, and TMF, a global corporate services provider, where he gained extensive experience in strategy planning and corporate development.

He graduated with an MSc in Banking and Finance from Newcastle University and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
